New Service for Nashville

Midway Connection, the regional airline partner of MidwayAirlines, announced today it would introduce non-stop service September 15, 1996 between Nashville, TN and Raleigh-Durham, NC. Midway Connection will begin service with three daily flights.

"Considering the impressive economic growth taking place inMIddle Tennessee and a strong tourism base, we believe there is excellent demand for additional airline service from Nashville."

The schedules have been designed to provide Nashville area travelers convenient morning, afternoon and evening departures to Raleigh-Durham and one stop connecitons throught Midway Airlines Hub to New York, Boston, Hartford, Newark, Philadelphia, Washington D.C. and other cities in the northeast. Vacation travelers will have the choice of one stop connections to the warm weather destinations of Canccun, Five cities in Floriday , and major resort centers in the Carolinas.

Service from Nashville will be provided with 19 passenger Beechcraft 1900 equipment featuring reclining leather seats with seat back tray tables and spacious leg room with underseat storage.

Midway connection and Midway Airlines provide full service schedules through the RDU Hub to thirty cities in the United States and Mexico.
