Provide professional, friendly customer service in fast-paced airport environment. Resolve customer situations, while providing ticketing, flight management and arrival and departure services. Must have excellent customer relations and communications skills. Ability to type a minimum of 30 wpm.
Work outside in all weather conditions loading and
unloading baggage and air freight on aircraft. Duties include
aircraft marshaling and service, expediting baggage and passenger
boarding and deplaning. Must be safety conscious, have valid
drivers license and ability to perform heavy lifting.
