CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WORK STATUS: Full -Time LOCATION: Denver, CO JOB SUMMARY: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring overall quality customer service to the public and passengers within the station by consistently adhering to the company�s operating policies, procedures and safety standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide quality customer service Process tickets & baggage check-in for passengers Resolve passenger problems or complaints, as needed Perform baggage service duties; i.e., lifting, loading, and unloading, etc., as needed Ensure proper procedures are followed during winter operationd, as stated in the Station Operation�s Manual (S.O.M.) Calculate weight and balance manifest and ensure completion & accuracy Ensure all aircraft support equipment is kept in a safe operational condition Comply with all S.O.M. and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) policies and regulations KEY REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift and carry 70 lbs. Ability to operate all ground equipment Able to communicate effectively with other employees High school diploma or equivalent Basic math skills Valid driver�s license |
