RESERVATIONS AGENT

WORK STATUS: Full � Time

LOCATION: Cheyenne, WY

JOB SUMMARY:

A Reservations Agent is responsible for giving excellent customer service to customers wanting to make reservations on GLA flights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Airline experience a must; preferably past reservation experience

Apollo or other CRS system experience is required

Ticketing knowledge is a must

Understanding of e-ticketing preferred

Comprehension of Word

Ability to handle multiple projects

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or equivalent

Travel/Sales experience preferred

Must have exceptional customer service and communication skills

Detail oriented and highly organized

Must be a team player
