JOB SUMMARY:

The Customer Service Agent implements daily operations of station activity including customer service, baggage claim and ramp services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform all duties in accordance with Company procedures and policies

Follow directions given by Station Manager to ensure a safe and efficient operation is achieved

Wear Company issued uniform on duty and maintain appearance of uniform in an exemplary manner

Represent Great Lakes in a professional manner at all times

Operate and maintain Great Lakes equipment with the utmost care

Maintain Station Radio Logs

Direct aircraft safely using standardized hand signals

Perform all job requirements with team effort. Keep co-workers informed of all station�s happenings

Respect other co-workers, communicate and resolve any operational issues or job performance issues as a team member before using the chain-of-command

Keep all Company information and personnel matters confidential, no comments are to be made to the media

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Customer service oriented

Ability to solve problems creatively

Strong attention to detail

Ability to lift and carry 70 pounds

Good computer skills

High school diploma

Valid Driver�s License
