OPERATIONS AGENT

WORK STATUS: Full - Time

LOCATION: Denver, CO

JOB SUMMARY:

Operation Agnets communicae with Dispatch, Maintenance, Gate and Ramp Supervisors and agents.  Tracking and plotting A/C parking.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Communicates to Pilots with arrival and departure information

Tracks flight information and calls aircraft into range for the ramp and gate

Communicates with Dispatch on aircraft routings and swaps

Ensures release are accurate and arrives before departure time

Problem solves aircraft parking and relays information to agents

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Extensive knowledge of Apollo, Wings and Shares

Knowledge of overall Company policies and procedures

Customer Services or Ramp experience preferred

Computer experience desired

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

Effective communication skills

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid Driver�s License
