Spencer, Iowa -- September 1, 1998 -- Great Lakes Aviation, Ltd. (NASDAQ:GLUX) announced today the expansion of its United Express schedules in North Dakota.
Beginning October 25, 1998 Great Lakes Aviation will upgrade all six nonstop round-trip United Express flights between Bismarck and Denver to 30-seat Embraer EMB-120 regional airliners. This schedule enhancement will increase available seats by over 70 percent between the two cities.
In addition, beginning October 1, 1998 a third nonstop round-trip United Express flight will be added between Dickinson, North Dakota and Denver International Airport. All flights serving Dickinson will also serve Williston, North Dakota.
