24-Hour Refund Policy
Upon request, Great Lakes Airlines will hold a reservation called into our Reservations Department at the quoted fare for 24 hours without payment as long as the departure date is more than seven days away. You have up to 24 hours to request a full refund without penalty by calling our Reservations Department at 1-800-554-5111 on a ticket purchased from Great Lakes Reservations; Great Lakes Ticket Counter or at www.flygreatlakes.com, providing that at the time of purchase the date of travel is more than 7 days away. After 24 hours, all penalties of the fare will apply to your ticket. Any changes made to your itinerary within the 24 hour hold period may result in a change to the ticket price.
