E-Ticket is a new service that creates an electronic ticket: all the information that's printed on a paper ticket - including advance seat assignments - is stored electronically in a computer database. So once you've made your reservation and paid for your seat, you have no paper ticket to worry about..... or keep track of. And, hard copies of your itinerary and receipt are always available by mail or at the airport. Just show a photo ID and the credit card used to purchase your ticket, and you'll get your boarding pass. It's truly the ultimate convenience ! No paper tickets to lose, forget or have stolen! And making changes to travel plans is equally convenient because most changes can be made with a simple phone call. E-ticket service is available for all domestic United flights- anywhere United flies in the the 50 states and Puerto Rico. These flights include all Shuttle by United and United Express� flights.
