JOB SUMMARY:
• A Ramp Agent is responsible for ensuring overall quality customer service to the public and passengers within the station by consistently adhering to the company’s operating policies, procedures and safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ability to lift and carry 70 lbs.
• Ability to operate all ground equipment
• Able to communicate effectively with other employees

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma
• Valid Driver’s License
