LOCATION: Denver, CO

JOB SUMMARY:
Operation Agnets communicae with Dispatch, Maintenance, Gate and Ramp Supervisors and agents. Tracking and plotting A/C parking.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Communicates to Pilots with arrival and departure information
• Tracks flight information and calls aircraft into range for the ramp and gate
• Communicates with Dispatch on aircraft routings and swaps
• Ensures release are accurate and arrives before departure time
• Problem solves aircraft parking and relays information to agents

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
• Extensive knowledge of Apollo, Wings and Shares
• Knowledge of overall Company policies and procedures
• Customer Services or Ramp experience preferred
• Computer experience desired
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Effective communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
