JOB SUMMARY:
The Customer Service Agent implements daily operations of station activity including customer service, baggage claim and ramp services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform all duties in accordance with Company procedures and policies
• Follow directions given by Station Manager to ensure a safe and efficient operation is achieved
• Wear Company issued uniform on duty and maintain appearance of uniform in an exemplary manner
• Represent Great Lakes in a professional manner at all times
• Operate and maintain Great Lakes equipment with the utmost care
• Maintain Station Radio Logs
• Direct aircraft safely using standardized hand signals
• Perform all job requirements with team effort. Keep co-workers informed of all station’s happenings
• Respect other co-workers, communicate and resolve any operational issues or job performance issues as a team member before using the chain-of-command
• Keep all Company information and personnel matters confidential, no comments are to be made to the media

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift and carry 70 pounds
• Good computer skills
• High school diploma
• Valid Driver’s License
